Affiliate Program - Terms Of Use: Read Carefully !

This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for participation in EasyWebTutorials´ Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the terms "Participant" and "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant), and "sponsoring web site" refers to the web site from which you will link to us.

EasyWebTutorials.com is either the owner of reprint / resell rights to the product or the owner of all rights to the product, including all intellectual property rights in and to the contents, logos, style, design, look and feel, trade names, trademarks to all literary works, computer software programs and services. Product refers to the singular as well as the plural.

Who can participate

To become an EasyWebTutorials affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old. We accept affiliates from all countries - however, we currently pay our affiliates only via PayPal, hence PayPal must be available in your country and you need to have a PayPal account to receive your commissions.

Linking to EasyWebTutorials´ products

You may add as many links to our site, or remove such links, at any time and without prior approval from EasyWebTutorials.

Potential Income

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. While we make every effort to convert as much as possible of your referrals into sales, we make no guarantee how much you will earn with our affiliate program as it depends on the quality of the visitors you refer to our pages and the effort you put into promoting our products.

Terms of The Agreement

These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. We reserve the right to change any of the terms and conditions in this agreement, at any time and in our good faith, by posting said new terms on this web site. Said modifications shall be deemed accepted by participant. Affiliates will be informed by email when changes occur.

We may reject your application or terminate you if we determine (in our good faith) that your site is unsuitable for the Program for any reason, including, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit harassing, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable, such as sites that:

Promote sexually explicit materials
Promote violence
Promote discrimination based on sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Promote illegal activities or
Infringe or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Your are not allowed to purchase our products through your own affiliate links.

Unsolicited Commercial Email or SPAM

EasyWebTutorials in no way participates in mass unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming), and all Affiliates are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this policy will result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal from EasyWebTutorials´ Affiliate Program.

Bottom line: If you spam you’re out!

Compliance with Applicable Laws

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all materials posted on Your Web Site(s), and for ensuring that your activities and materials posted on Your Web Site(s) are not defamatory, in violation of copyright laws or otherwise illegal. You agree to indemnify and hold EasyWebTutorials harmless for any violations of the foregoing. EasyWebTutorials disclaims all liability for these matters.

Termination of Your Affiliate Relationship

You are free to leave our affiliate program at any time. We won´t terminate your affiliate account as long as you abide by the rules for legal, ethical and proper advertising.

Again, here are some things you must NOT do:

• DO NOT spam NOR send UCE. DO NOT send email to people who have not expressively asked YOU for information and given you the permission to send email to them.


• DO NOT use inappropriate advertisment like misleading subject lines in emails, misleading graphics & hyperlinks, false claims, etc. ...


• DO NOT advertise on sites which contain illegal and/or adult content.


• DO NOT violate property rights.
