Your Rights & The Rules
The following terms further describe what you as an owner of a reseller licence are allowed to do and what not.
You May ...
- customize the tutorials with your affiliate links. These are the products promoted inside
the tutorials:
- AutoWebLawPro
- Elance
- GoDaddy
- Geckotribe (CaRP Evolution)
- Evrsoft - 1stPage2006 and other tools
- Webhosts: Dreamhost, Hostgator, Lunarpages, Dailyrazor
- 3 Amazon Books: PHP, CSS, Writing Web Copy
- Advanced CaRP video tutorial
- sell the video tutorials CD ROM (physical product) as a stand-alone product through your website, through online auctions (eBay) and other legal means.
- sell the html video tutorial as downloadable digital product.
- give away the WordPress and CaRP video tutorials as an incentive for people to sign up to your newsletter.
- offer one or all video tutorials as a bonus to one of your own products.
- package the tutorials with other products.
- sell the tutorial for any price you like, though I recommend you sell the CD ROM not for less than 10$.
You May NOT ...
- add to, edit or remove any content from the tutorials with the exception of the affiliate links contained in the tutorials. But you may only replace these affiliate links with yours, you may NOT add additional affiliate links or additional product recommendations to the tutorials - if you like to promote additional products, you can do so via follow-up e-mail.
- promote the tutorials through unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE). In other words: you may not spam!
- sell resell rights to the html-tutorial / CD ROM nor grant give-away rights to the other tutorials (WordPress, CaRP).
- sell / give-away the tutorials from websites that contain illegal or immoral material.
Terms of Purchase and Disclaimers
The term "Product" stands for "HTML Video Tutorial Resell Licence".
I, the author and publisher, disclaim any warranties (express or implied), merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The author and publisher shall in no event be held liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from any use of this material, which is provided "as is", and without warranties.
I, the author and publisher, do not warrant the performance, effectiveness or applicability of any sites listed or linked to in this Product.

Refund Policy
Although resell licences normally come with a no-refund policy, I decided to include a 30 days money back guarantee. If you change your mind within 30 days after your purchase and don´t want to be a reseller anymore, you may ask for a refund. But you also must send back the product (CD ROM) in order to receive the refund. The fee for shipping and handling (15$) is not refundable.
